thirty rhymes with…

In honor of the grand milestone of my thirtieth birthday, I’ve rounded up the words that rhyme with my age:

1. birdy
Out of the nest, but not completely detached.

2. curdy
Curds are used to make cheese, and cheese is a wonderful thing. It’s part fat, part nutritious, and perfect for any occasion — just like me!

3. dirty
never. well…. almost never.

4. flirty
and thriving! ’nuff said!

5. nerdy
glasses anyone?

6. purty
somehow this just brings to mind a John Wayne accent and bad pick-up lines.

7. sturdy
one of my favorite adjectives, especially for furniture.

8. wordy
what this post definitely is not.
